The experienced Yoga Connection instructors are dedicated to teaching Hatha Yoga while working with the body's optimal anatomical alignment. We offer a wide range of classes for a variety of ages and needs. We invite you to join us as we explore together the many physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga.
