Date: Friday, May 16 – Sunday, May 18

Times: Friday evening to Sunday early afternoon

Location: The Woods Resort, Hedgesville, WVA (1.5 hrs. from Manassas) Bordered on three sides by the 23,000-acre Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area, which contains more than 75 miles of hiking trails and a 205-acre lake for fishing and canoeing.

Cost: $425 for the 1st 8 early birds & $450 for next 8!

Cost includes your stay in one of the two lovely cottages, each having 4 bedrooms with two twin beds each, including linens and private baths. The bedrooms open to a large Great Room with cathedral ceilings, kitchen and fireplace. Included also are all meals (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner) as well as snacks in between.

You will need to provide your own yoga mat, props and journal. Bring a friend (someone new to TYC) and get a 3 class yoga pack for free! That’s a $54 value!

Deposit: $250 non-refundable deposit by April 5 to secure your spot. It will be refunded if you cancel and replace yourself. Balance due May 1.
